Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first pay basis. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Book early especially for Slumber Pawties.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Cash discount is offered, and is preferred.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your dates. Reservations made 30+ days in advance require a 50% deposit. Reservations made under 30 days require the full balance paid upfront.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 30+ days before your reservation require nothing further. Cancellations made under 30 days of your reservation require the remaining 50% balance.

Housekeeping
Naia Pet Care provides pet sitting and house management services. Reasonable cleaning and tidying after pets and myself are included, however housekeeping, deep cleaning, yard maintenance, etc are not available services.
Emergency Contact
A reliable emergency contact must be stated on the Intake Packet should we need to temporarily place your pets with a more permanent caregiver. Be sure to confirm appropriate arrangements with this contact prior to completing the Intake Packet.
Supplies
Client is responsible for providing all necessary pet supplies for the duration of my sit. If additional supplies must be purchased, Client agrees to fully reimburse Naia Pet Care plus compensate for time. Mileage charges may also apply.
Insurance
Client must maintain Homeowners or Renters Insurance, as applicable. This is required by my petsitting insurance.
The Unexpected
An occasional unexpected issue may arise during one of my visits, such as excessive pet messes, urgent vet visit, leaking toilet, knocked over WM garbage bins (wildlife), etc. Any event that requires significant extra attention or time than initially scheduled may result in additional fees.
Safety
Modern amenities are required for all services. This includes access to electricity, running & hot water, propane, climate control, functional kitchen appliances, and wifi. Wood stoves will not be used. I only serve smoke-free households.
Access
Access to your home while you’re away will be limited to just Naia Pet Care; no guests will be permitted, yours nor mine. I work alone.
Keyless entry or a lockbox is require to access your home. I do not keep keys. A lockbox may be purchased through me ($20), or you may purchase your own. Place two house keys inside.
Privacy
A reasonable level of privacy is required. For my comfort, safety, and privacy, extended visits (30+ minutes) and overnight services will require all indoor surveillance and cameras to be disconnected
or unplugged. This includes but is not limited to Alexa, Siri, Amazon, Ring, Blink, etc.
Slumber Pawties
A regular, proper bed in a bedroom with door is required for
overnight visits. I am not able to sleep on a couch,
pullout bed, nor floor mattress.
I travel with my own clean linens, pillows, towels, etc.
Pet Bug Out Bag & Carriers
Have one week supply of food, water, medications, etc for each pet. Place the Go Bag along with pet carriers/crates near the front door. Your help in preparing for a disaster or emergency requiring evacuation is appreciated.
